How does the case protect my dress?

The case is made with high-quality materials that prevent yellowing, fading, and deterioration. It shields your dress from harmful UV light, dust, moisture, and other environmental factors that can damage delicate fabrics over time. Each case comes standard with UV-rated acrylic, humidity control unit, custom lighting, and a dust-resistant seal. For optimal longevity, we recommend placing it away from direct, prolonged sunlight, just as you would with any fine textile or heirloom.

Is this only for newlyweds?

Not at all. Mrs. Case is a great investment for all married couples. Some have preserved their dresses for many years and are finally bringing them back out. This piece isn't about the wedding day. It's about honoring the marriage. 

Why not just keep it preserved in a box?

Traditional preservation protects the fabric, but it hides the memory. For many couples, the dress represents one of the most sacred promises of their life. We simply believe something that meaningful shouldn't disappear into storage.

Do you offer free shipping?

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after your order has left our facility. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

What if my case arrives damaged?

We carefully package each case to ensure safe delivery. If your case arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

How do I clean the case?

The case can be gently cleaned with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could scratch or damage the surface.

Do you ship internationally?
