Refund policy

Our priority at Mrs Case is to create the easiest and most comfortable buying experience. Part of that commitment is our return policy.

At Mrs. Case, we stand behind the quality of our product. Each case is thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our facility. On the rare occasion that an item you received is defective or the order was not filled out properly on our part please email hello@mrscase.com within 10 days of receiving the item(s). Please be sure to include photos of any defect. We will gladly replace it (or the defective part) at no cost to you.

Should you not be satisfied with the product, we will accept the return and refund your money, minus the shipping costs, provided the return is initiated within 10 days of your having received the item.

Important: Returns are only accepted if the item is sent back in its original packaging. Our packaging is specifically designed to protect our case and forms during shipping and optimize shipping costs. If a return arrives damaged due to improper packaging we will not be able to refund your order. 

Please Note: We cannot accept returns from international orders.
